Mainline Service Technician

Land Rover Mission Viejo is seeking an experienced Mainline Service Technician to join our high-performing service department. If you are passionate about automotive excellence, committed to precision workmanship, and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you.

As a Mainline Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing Land Rover vehicles to manufacturer standards while delivering a premium ownership experience to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Land Rover vehicles
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and manufacturer service information
• Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs efficiently and accurately
• Conduct thorough multi-point inspections
• Maintain detailed and accurate repair documentation
• Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure timely vehicle delivery
• Adhere to safety procedures and dealership policies

Qualifications

• Previous mainline technician experience (Land Rover or European brand preferred)
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity.

The flat rate pay range for this position is $28.00 – $60.00.
