Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Pain Management

Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Epic Pain Management is a rapidly growing, patient-centered practice dedicated to delivering high-quality care across both pain management, wellness, and urgent care services. As we expand into the McAllen market, we are seeking compassionate and driven Nurse Practitioners (NPs) or Physician Assistants (PAs) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations for acute conditions, injuries, and chronic painÂ
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plansÂ
- Perform in-office procedures, including joint and trigger point injections, abscess incision & drainage, suturing, and splintingÂ
- Interpret diagnostic tests and adjust care plans accordinglyÂ
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and follow-up careÂ
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMRÂ
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality, efficient careÂ
- Stay current with best practices in urgent care and pain managementÂ
Requirements
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in TexasÂ
- Current DEA license (or ability to obtain)Â
- Prior experience in urgent care, pain management, or primary care preferred, but not requiredÂ
- Strong clinical judgment and procedural skillsÂ
- Ability to work independently with physician collaborationÂ
- Excellent communication and patient engagement skillsÂ
