Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this dynamic role, you will support daily operations with integrity, teamwork, and a caring approach while contributing to a reliable and innovative workplace experience.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate for a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the building, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and policy violations.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support authorized access, visitor direction, and adherence to property rules and posted procedures.
• Prepare clear, timely reports of incidents, daily activities, and/or notable conditions, and relay relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and onsite contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
