Administrative Assistant / Accounts Receivable Specialist

VCT is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at our Missoula, MT office!

This position supports, invoice processing, reconciliations, and day to day accounting and business operations in a fast paced transportation environment.

Position Details:

Pay - $25.00 to $28.00 per hour - DOE

Schedule - Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)

Occasional overtime as needed

AR Invoice processing experience required
