We are seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse LPN to join our OB/Gyn team at the Physician Building 3 location.


The Licensed Practical Nurse LPN will: 

  • Welcome patients and prepare them for their health care visit
  • Complete intake assessments including medical history and vital signs
  • Assist during procedures
  • Monitor, document, and administer medications and immunizations
  • Perform phlebotomy and point of care laboratory testing
  • Manage and prioritize patient portal (MyChart) and telephone communications 
  • Participate in and support patient education
  • Coordinate ongoing care including referrals and prescriptions
  • Play an essential role in fulfilling our mission 
  • Heighten the patient experience by providing extraordinary care

Minimum Requirements of the Licensed Practical Nurse position:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Licensed Practical Nurse Accreditation 
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency

The successful LPN candidate will be subject to a background check.
