Ensures that full enrollment is maintained at all times.  Facilitates ongoing thorough and clear understanding of Head Start program and Performance Standards to all center level staff. Expected Positive Outcomes   JOB FUNCTIONS Benchmark Job x Remote Work Eligible   Essential Functions Essential Function Ensures center operates in compliance with Federal, State and local laws, regulations and standards, including Agency Policies and other contractual agreements. Facilitate ongoing thorough and clear understanding of Head Start program and Performance Standards to all center level staff. Directly coordinates supportive services offered by all other Head Start/Early Head Start component areas. Inspects center facilities daily for health, safety, fire and occupancy violations and takes necessary corrective action to assure that clearances, permits and licenses remain effective and up-to-date. Ensures all children’s files are complete, accurate and up-to-date with all information required by Head Start Performance Standards and regulations. Directly supervises center level staff to ensure to all are operating according to the terms of the HS Program Performance Standards/ TDFPS Licensing/TEA/ and NAEYC. (spell out abbreviations) Establishes and maintains effective oral and written communication with the Senior Operations Coordinator, collaborative partners and program team members. Conducts classroom and teacher observation and provides onsite consultation to teaching staff, as appropriate.
