MISSION OF THE POSITION
The mission of Inside Sales provides critical administrative and operational support to the sales team. This role ensures smooth sales processes, maintains accurate records, and delivers excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders The Inside Sales Support Administrator will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support the company’s overall sales strategy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Update and manage leads, opportunities, and closed sales within Acumatica
- Provide regular updates to the Account manager regarding the status of sales opportunities, delivery, and sales forecasts.
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and timely communication.
- Follow up with existing customers to maintain engagement and identify new sales opportunities.
- Identify potential customers through research, inbound inquiries, outbound calls, and referrals.
- Qualify inbound leads and responds to customer inquiries promptly.
- Provide quotes, proposals, and follow-up communication to close sales.
- Collaborate with customer service to resolve any post-sale issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge.
- Participate in regular training and development to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
- Assist with administrative duties as needed (e.g., managing contracts, processing orders, coordinating with the logistics team).
- Engage in any other duties as assigned by the sales leadership team.
- Weekly AR review and follow up to include phone calls to customers.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCEÂ
- 2 years in the Customer Service position preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
