The Goddard School of Sienna is seeking a highly organized and passionate Curriculum Coordinator/Office Manager to join our leadership team at The Goddard School. This dual-role position ensures the smooth daily operation of the school while supporting and enhancing our research-based, play-driven curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation and consistency of the Wonder of Learning™ curriculum across all classrooms

  • Support teachers with lesson planning, classroom setup, and instructional strategies

  • Observe classrooms regularly to ensure curriculum fidelity and educational excellence

  • Ongoing professional development for faculty

  • Manage administrative tasks including organization, front office operations, office and food supply inventory management.

  • Serve as a positive point of contact for parents, supporting family communication and satisfaction

  • Ensure compliance with school policies


Ideal Candidate:

  • Background in Early Childhood Education (CDA and/or Bachelor’s preferred)

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills

  • At least 1 year experience in a preschool classroom or school environment and school administration 

  • A collaborative leader with a passion for child development and early learning
