Role: Program Director – RN required (This position will have 2 direct reports.)Â
Location: Missouri Valley, Iowa- onsite
Setting: Intensive Outpatient Therapy Program (IOP)
Population: Older Adults, Ages 65+
Salary: Up to $96,000 / year, dependent upon experienceÂ
Schedule: Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8a-5p) (Note: No Call / No Weekends)Â
Responsibilities:
- Lead a small disciplinary team comprised of a psychiatric physician, therapist, and medical office coordinator providing services to the senior population.
- Engage with your local community through education (presentations, one-on-one meetings, etc.)
- Referral development through hospital staff, providers, and community resources
- Growing and maintaining patient census
- Ensure compliance through professional and ethical guidelines
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
- Registered Nurse licensed in the state of practice required
- Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing required
- Psychiatric Nursing experience preferred
