What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and support instrumentation maintenance activities to ensure reliable plant operation.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with plant instrumentation and control systems.
  • Implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to improve equipment uptime.
  • Collaborate with operations, electrical, and maintenance teams to support safe, efficient production.
  • Oversee installation, calibration, and optimization of instrumentation and automation equipment.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong capability in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing industrial instrumentation systems.
  • Proficiency with PLCs, control systems, and plant automation technologies.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation, schematics, and instrumentation drawings.
  • Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to guide, train, and support maintenance team members.

Work Environment This role operates in an active cement manufacturing environment that includes exposure to heat, dust, noise, and heavy industrial equipment. The position requires regular walking, climbing, and the ability to work in varied conditions, including heights and confined spaces while adhering to all safety protocols.
