What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and support a team responsible for maintaining critical cement plant mechanical equipment.
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and plant performance.
  • Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Plan and prioritize maintenance resources, materials, and schedules to meet operational objectives.
  • Analyze equipment performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.

What Are We Looking For

  • Demonstrated ability to lead maintenance teams in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, troubleshooting techniques, and reliability-focused maintenance practices.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and execute maintenance activities while balancing multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build strong working relationships across departments.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in an industrial cement plant environment with exposure to moving mechanical equipment, elevated heights, confined spaces, dust, varying weather conditions, and elevated noise levels.
