Just finished driving school and ready to hit the road. We’re looking for motivated Class A CDL drivers to join our team! Whether you're a recent graduate or already have experience, this is a solid opportunity to build a long-term driving career. Job Details.

• 53’ Refer Trailers with a Dedicated account in their grocery division
• 100% no touch freight with a mix of drop and hook and live store load/unloads
• Weekly home time with at least a 34-hour reset. Daily Options to be Discussed
• The driver must be willing to drive during the day/night/weekends
• Regional round trip grocery delivery, No unload pay, stores unload the trailers
• Average 2000 miles a week.

Pay/Benefits

• .49 - .61 per mile depending on experience.
• .03 differential pay if working from Friday 1700 to Monday 0400.
• New drivers will complete 4-6 weeks of OTR training with a mentor
• Trainee Pay $650.00/week
• $10 first stop pay - $15 each stop after.
• $1200 average weekly pay.
• Driver Performance Bonus Only
• Full benefits that kick in after 30 days including medical, dental, 401K and PTO

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL (21+)
• Graduated from accredited driving school and completed 120+ hrs
• Strong safety record
• Professional work history with minimal gaps
• No recent safety-related employment issues
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening (urine & hair)
• Must live within 50 miles 65270, 65243, 65204, 65240 zip code
