Job DetailsJob Location: Moberly, MO 65270Director of Rehabilitation  (Licensed PT/PTA/OT/COTA/SLP) Innovate Rehab and Wellness  Status: Full-time  Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility  Schedule: Daytime hours with leadership/administrative responsibilities About Us 25+ years as a leading skilled health care provider Therapist- and veteran-owned Focus on industry-leading, patient-centered care Supportive, collaborative team culture Why Join Us One-on-one therapy focus Group/concurrent treatments under 1% Realistic scheduling to support work-life balance Strong emphasis on clinical outcomes and job satisfaction   Benefits (Start Day 1 – Full-Time) Medical, prescription, dental & vision Short-term & long-term disability Additional Benefits Employer-paid basic life & AD&D Voluntary supplemental life insurance PTO: vacation, sick, holiday Health Savings Account (HSA) Voluntary critical illness, accident & hospital indemnity 401(k) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Employee discount marketplace Professional growth and development suppor  Position Summary Responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality rehabilitative services  Ensure that all rehabilitation programs meet clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and patient-centered goals while  Foster a collaborative and efficient team environment.   Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and implement departmental goals, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational objectives Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes Team Management Train and supervise rehabilitation staff, including therapists and support personnel Provide mentorship and coaching to promote professional growth Clinical Oversight Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including CMS and HIPAA Maintain high standards of patient care through evidence-based practices and continuous quality improvement Interdisciplinary Collaboration Coordinate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and execute individualized care plans Serve as a liaison between rehabilitation services and other departments Program Development Introduce innovative therapies and technologies to enhance patient recovery Lead community outreach and education initiatives related to rehabilitation services   Qualifications Current state licensure in one of the following disciplines: PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role Strong knowledge of rehabilitation principles, healthcare regulations, and reimbursement models Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills   We are an equal opportunity employer. Physical Requirements • Combination of clinical and administrative duties. • Ability to perform occasional resident assessments and treatment as needed. • Sit, stand, and move between therapy areas and resident rooms. • Lift/carry up to 25 lbs; occasional assistance with transfers if providing direct care.
