Job DetailsJob Location: Moberly - Moberly, MO 65270Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $19.50 - $19.50 HourlyJob Shift: DayJob Category: General LaborSCHEDULE 5AM - 330PM M-TH PAY $19.50/HR   POSITION SUMMARY Assembly, fabrication or modification of windows, doors and other items. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Cutting, screwing, stapling, nailing, gluing, caulking and assembling of wood, metal and glass materials into door and window units. Put away or stock inbound materials. Perform regular inspections, routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment. Load company and customer vehicles with outbound materials. Safely operate a forklift to assist in handling of materials. Sweep and clean facilities. Observe all safety rules: (i.e. safety glasses, ear plugs, Lock Out/Tag Out, etc.). Assist in counting inventory. QualificationsPOSITION QUALIFICATIONS Must be able to read and write so that written instructions and shipping papers can be easily followed and that corrections and needed information can be easily filled. Analytical Skills - Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem. Must be able to pass our forklift operators test after a normal training procedure. Must have skills working with basic wood working and metal working tools. Must be able to work in a team environment. EDUCATION High school diploma or GED required. EXPERIENCE Knowledge of carpentry or construction a plus. SKILLS & ABILITIES Must be willing to work outside of normal business hours to meet the customer’s needs. Work Environment: This is a physically demanding role in a warehouse setting. Appropriate safety gear (e.g., safety glasses, ear protection) is required at all times.
