Responsibilities
Performs diversified executive secretarial and administrative duties of a highly responsible and confidential nature according to established standards. Performs independently or with general guidance.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Secretarial Science or equivalent education and experience
- Excellent communication and keyboarding skills
- Demonstrated ability to deal discreetly with sensitive and confidential information and to work independently, making limited decisions based on knowledge of system policies and procedures
- Working knowledge of administrative secretarial procedures
- Working knowledge of word processing and PC based spreadsheet programs
