Pay $15-$18/hr. (based on experience) + bonuses
Schedule- Full Time/Flexible Shifts/ (days/nights/weekends)
Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations
- Supervise and support crew members during shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service and food quality
- Help with scheduling, training and performance coaching
- Handle cash, inventory, and opening/closing procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
Requirements
- Previous fast food or restaurant leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Willingness to work flexible hours
