We are hiring a motivated assistant manager to help lead daily operations at our fast-paced service restaurant in Mobile, Alabama. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized and delivering great customer service.

Pay $15-$18/hr. (based on experience) + bonuses
Schedule- Full Time/Flexible Shifts/ (days/nights/weekends)

Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations
Supervise and support crew members during shifts
Ensure excellent customer service and food quality
Help with scheduling, training and performance coaching
Handle cash, inventory, and opening/closing procedures
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards

Requirements

Previous fast food or restaurant leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and team-building skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Willingness to work flexible hours
