The job requires proficiency in using a volt/Ohmmeter and a minimum of one of the following qualifications: completion of an apprenticeship program in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or carpentry, or one of the most recent three years’ experience in maintenance duties.
Candidates should have a working knowledge of at least two of the following crafts: maintenance mechanics, electrical, carpentry, painting, or HVAC/refrigeration.
An active unrestricted Class D U.S. driver’s license is required for this position.
Desired qualifications include the completion of a two-year technical school program.
The responsibilities involve maintaining, repairing, fabricating, and installing various equipment in accordance with established standards, with a competitive salary offered based on experience.

Overview

Minimum Qualifications:

Proficient in the use of a volt/Ohmmeter

One of the following:

Completion of an Apprenticeship Program in electrical, HVAC, plumbing or carpentry
1 of the most recent 3 years’ experience performing maintenance duties

And

Working knowledge of a minimum of 2 of the following crafts:

Licensure/Registration/Certification:
