Elite Insurance Group provides health insurance education and services to Seniors. We help Seniors better understand Medicare and their options. We specialize in Medicare Supplements, Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plans. We assist in determining the right plan options to meet our clients financial, health, and lifestyle needs. Our company’s mission is to provide education, service, and care for our community.As a Sales Agent with Elite Insurance in Mobile, AL, you’ll help Seniors choose and enroll in Medicare plans that fit their needs. This is a high-energy, phone-based sales role with all leads provided, paid training, and strong earning potential through commissions and bonuses.

What You’ll Do
- Contact clients to assess needs and provide plan recommendations
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls
- Quote, present, and close sales
- Enroll clients online and guide them through the process
- Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals
- Deliver a positive, professional customer experience
 All leads are provided — you focus on selling, not sourcing.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding goals
- Energetic, driven, and motivated mindset
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Willingness to obtain a Health Insurance License within 14 days of hire
- Valid Driver’s License (required)
- Background check required as part of the hiring process
