The job involves maintaining, repairing, fabricating, and installing various equipment according to established standards.
Candidates must be proficient in using a volt/Ohmmeter and have either completed an apprenticeship program or have at least one year of maintenance experience within the last three years.
A working knowledge of at least two crafts such as maintenance mechanics, electrical, carpentry, painting, or HVAC/Refrigeration is required.
An active unrestricted Class D U.S. driver's license is necessary for this position.
Completion of a two-year technical school program is desired but not mandatory.

Maintain, repair, fabricate and install various equipment in accordance with established standards.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Proficient in the use of a volt/Ohmmeter

One of the following:

Completion of an Apprenticeship Program in electrical, HVAC, plumbing or carpentry
1 of the most recent 3 years’ experience performing maintenance duties

And

Working knowledge of a minimum of 2 of the following crafts:

Licensure/Registration/Certification:

Active Unrestricted Class D U.S. driver’s license

Desired Qualifications:

Completion of a two-year technical school program
