Do you have experience in auto parts, truck parts, industrial parts, heavy equipment, equipment rental, warehouse inventory, or inside sales? We are looking for a customer-focused Parts Specialist to join our growing team. Truck and trailer parts experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate with a strong customer service or inventory background.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers with parts inquiries over the phone and occasionally in person
- Identify and recommend the correct truck and trailer parts based on customer needs
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter orders into the computer system
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Upload and update inventory listings on the company website
- Receive, stock, organize, and label incoming inventory
- Work closely with the service department to ensure timely parts availability
- Research parts using catalogs and manufacturer databases
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department
- Provide exceptional customer service with every interaction
Requirements
Qualifications
- Customer service experience required
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Mechanical aptitude or interest in learning truck and trailer parts preferred
- Experience in any of the following is a plus:

- Fleet Maintenance

- Warehouse

- Shipping & Receiving
- Retail Parts Sales
- Counter Sales
- Industrial Supply

- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
