Job Posting:
The pick locations are broken into zones by the system when the schedule runs. Each associate is assigned a zone. The associate will do all of the work required for their assigned zone. The associate scans the carton barcode and the RF device directs the associate to the first location. The associate picks the designate number of garments and scans each UPC barcode to verify they are the correct garments. Verified units are placed in the carton. If the case has more picks for the pick area it is pushed down the line to the remaining zones. Completed cases are closed and placed on the take away conveyer to complete processing.
