We are seeking an Insulation Assembler to join our team! This is a critical role in the fabrication of garage doors which involves installing and securing insulation materials within door panels and sections. This role ensures high-quality integration of windows and insulation while meeting production standards and safety protocols.
 Shift: Fri, Sat, & Sun: 7am - 7:30pm with 4 hours of comp time

What You’ll Do
Â
- Assist stagers in moving sections to assembly area.
- Insert, cut, and fit insulation materials into door cavities using precision tools, adhesives, and/or fasteners.
- Inspect installed insulation for compliance with quality and safety standards; perform adjustments as needed.
- Picking and bundling all materials safely and securely to eliminate the risk of damage during handling.
- Request appropriate materials from the warehouse and stocking bins.
- Accurately identifying, counting, and labeling the material by customer to ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner.
- Ensure the working area is safe, clean and organized.
- Perform any other duties or special projects as assigned.Â

- Basic math skills with the ability to read a tape measure.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work overtime when needed.

Other Job Responsibilities and Physical Requirements:

- Standing / Walking
- This position requires standing and walking throughout the entire shift while working on the production floor.
- Bending
- Frequent bending is required to perform tasks such as moving carts, handling & setting materials, and completing other job-related activities.
- Lifting / Carrying
- The job requires frequent lifting and stacking of banded door panels to various levels. Maximum required individual lifting limit is 45lbs and 50+lbs for team lift.Â
- Frequency of lifting and carrying varies based on assigned tasks.
- Pushing / Pulling
- Pushing of carts is often required with occasional pulling; A force of 50lbs is required to move a loaded cart; Pushing over 50 lbs. requires two people.
- Manual Dexterity
- Must be able to grip small objects to cut rubber and maneuver hands/wrists in consistent repetitive motion.
