About You

  • You have hands-on experience in pipelining, trenchless, or Cure-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining and are confident working with specialized equipment.

  • You understand the full CIPP and pipe lining process

  • You take pride in delivering high-quality, long-lasting solutions and pay close attention to detail on every job.

  • You are safety-focused and consistently follow company policies, industry standards, and environmental regulations.

  • You are physically capable of performing demanding work, including lifting heavy materials, working in confined spaces, and handling extended periods of physical activity. 

  • You are a problem solver who can quickly identify issues and take corrective action to keep projects on track.

  • You communicate clearly and work well with managers, team members, and other technicians to ensure smooth project execution.

  • You are organized and dependable, with the ability to accurately document work performed, materials used, and inspections results.

  • You take ownership of your work and are committed to representing the Company professionally on every job site.

CIPP Liner Technician Expectations

  • Prepare, install, and oversee the deployment of Cured-In-Place (CIPP) liners into pipes, using specialized equipment.

  • Assist in operating curing equipment, robotic cutters and other trenchless equipment

  • Conduct thorough inspections of pipeline conditions before and after the liner installation to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.

  • Identify and resolve any technical issues that arise during the installation or curing process to prevent delays and maintain quality standards.

  • Install and assist with small-diameter pipeline construction

  • Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your team.

  • Maintain detailed records of work performed, including materials used, curing times, and inspection results, ensuring proper documentation for project completion.

  • Work closely with leads, team members, and other technicians to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.

  • Play a key role in our trenchless pipeline rehabilitation projects.

  • Operate and tow company vehicles and trailers in accordance with safety regulations.

  • Perform manual excavation and hand digging to support utility installation and maintenance activities.

Pay rate: $20-30 per hour based on experience

Schedule:

Generally, Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, additional periodic nights and weekends may be required to accommodate business needs.

Physical Demands:

 

  • Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time.

  • May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run

  • May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time

  • Must be able to maneuver up to 75 lb. by lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling.

  • May be required to work in outdoor weather conditions.
