Production Associate

Pay Rate:

$20.00/hr. up to $25.60/hr.

Category/Shift:

Hourly - Full-Time

Could be assigned to any shift:

Day Shift: 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Swing Shift: 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

Graveyard Shift: 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.

Must be able to work overtime, and weekends

The Job You Will Perform:

· Perform all tasks safely in accordance with company rules and facility guidelines

· Reading factory orders

· Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment

· Utilizing basic shop math

· Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions

· This person will also be assigned to clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.

· Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

The Skills You Will Bring:

· Ability to work with a safety-first mindset and actively participate in the IP Safety Culture

· Must be 18 years or older

· Previous work in a manufacturing environment (preferred)

· Able to read, write, and speak English

· Able to perform physical, hands-on tasks in various departments

· Able to work any shift, overtime, weekends as needed

· Willingness to learn production processes

· Able to work in a team setting with a fast-paced environment

· Organizational skills, basic math, comprehension skills, and safety observations

· Able to effectively communicate with the team, production supervisors, and maintenance crew
