Senior Project Controls Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to manage planning, tracking, and analyzing project financials, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will play a critical role in the successful delivery of projects by maintaining tight financial control and reporting standards. 

You will: 

•  Manage/Lead 3-5 Project Coordinators to support Projects and Project Manager during Project Life-Cycle.
• Assist Project Managers to monitor project budgets, forecasts, and actual costs.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure accurate project planning and reporting.
• Interact with customers and vendor personnel to assure project progress to meet customer requirements.
• Track project milestones, timelines, deliverables, and associated costs.
• Prepare invoices, verify details for accuracy, and deliver to the customer.
• Identify and flag variances in project budgets and schedules.
• Support risk and opportunity analysis related to project financials.
• Follow and coordinate established or informal standard operating procedures and guidelines for Mission Critical business team.
• Support development of project estimates to verify accuracy and maintain data integrity.
• Be an ambassador who embodies our Core Values, prioritizing the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the professional development of our associates. 

You have: 

• Bachelor's degree in a Business or technical field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of related experience in a project engineering or services environment.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Prior experience in Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/project management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and management.
