Salary: $92,000 to $115,000
Location: Mokena, IL (On-site)
As Communications Manager, you'll create communication plans and content that keep coworkers informed, connected, and aligned with company priorities.
Reporting to the Communications Director, you'll join Ozinga's communications team and partner with departments and business units across the company to create content and deliver clear, engaging communications for coworkers across the organization.
This is an on-site role for someone who enjoys writing, balancing multiple projects, and collaborating with a variety of internal partners.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic internal communication plans that support company priorities, strengthen culture, and ensure coworkers have the information they need to stay informed and engaged.
- Create clear, compelling communications for office, frontline, field-based, and non-desk coworkers, and support Town Halls and other coworker engagement initiatives.
- Partner with departments and business units across the company to understand communication needs, shape messaging, and determine the right audiences, timing, and channels.
- Measure communication effectiveness and use data to improve future communications.
What You'll Bring
- 6–8+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, marketing communications, or a related field
- Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills
