IHMVCU is looking for a Business Analyst to help turn business needs into practical solutions that improve efficiency and enhance the member experience. This hybrid position is based at our headquarters on River Drive in Moline, Illinois. Our facility offers a comfortable, collaborative workspace and an on-site fitness center, along with user-friendly tools that make it easy to stay connected while working remotely.

What You'll Do

As a Business Analyst, you will connect business units, vendors, and technology teams to help turn business needs into practical solutions. You'll partner with stakeholders, subject matter experts, project managers, and delivery teams to define project scope and translate requirements into clear business requirements, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Throughout the project lifecycle, you'll help ensure solutions support business objectives, member needs, operational readiness, and risk considerations.

Success in this role requires strong communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and adaptability.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Minimum Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years' experience as a Business Analyst conducting business analysis activities and documenting business requirements.
• Experience working with all levels of staff, management and vendors.
• Experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Foundational experience in Project Management
• RFP and Vendor Selection experience - preferred
• Experience creating wire frames - preferred

Physical Requirements

• Lifting Demands: Up to 10 lbs.
