Job Summary
Responsible for oversight of gym operations to ensure positive member experience and a financially successful club.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities聽
路聽 聽 聽 聽Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Member service oversight making sure all team members are providing a great customer service experience at all times.
路聽 聽 聽 聽High involvement in all front desk related tasks: greeting and welcoming members, gym tours, member service issues/questions, etc.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Provide support for team members and club members.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Create and maintain a positive image for the club.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Coaching and counseling performance to help achieve company standards.聽
路聽 聽 聽 聽Ensure prompt opening/closing of gym.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Ensure staff are aware and trained on all current marketing promotions.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Finish manager portion of onboarding, in Paycom, for all new hires.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Ensure the club is open and staffed during all hours of business.聽
路聽 聽 聽 聽Ensuring self and team members are implementing and adhering to all company policies and procedures.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Responsible for ordering supplies and tracking inventory.

Minimum Qualifications
路聽 聽 聽 聽Honesty and good work ethic
路聽 聽 聽 聽At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience
路聽 聽 聽 聽Strong customer service skills
路聽 聽 聽 聽Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
路聽 聽 聽 聽Basic computer proficiency
Physical Demands
路聽 聽 聽 聽Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
路聽 聽 聽 聽Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
路聽 聽 聽 聽Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.聽
