Shift: 3rd, 11:00PM – 07:30AM, Monday thru Friday

Role Summary

The Quality Control Technician ensures our products meet internal quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role verifies product specifications, monitors food safety protocols, escalates non-conformance issues, and supports production teams in maintaining compliance and traceability.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform shift-based verification of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to ensure conformance to specifications.

  • Identify, isolate, and escalate out-of-specification materials while collaborating with Production and the Plant Quality Manager.

  • Verify code dates, scale calibration, metal detection, sanitation checks, and documentation in accordance with FSMA and HACCP guidelines.

  • Support incident investigations, corrective actions, environmental monitoring, and continuous improvement efforts.

  • Train and coach operators on quality protocols, documentation accuracy, and food safety standards.

What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Two or more years of manufacturing experience preferred, ideally within food or beverage production.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; Spanish is a plus.

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email systems.
