The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in welding with the ability to work independently while producing high-quality welds in accordance with industry standards and safety requirements. Oilfield experience is preferred. This position requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.   Key Responsibilities Weld in multiple positions (vertical, horizontal, overhead) Weld structural components according to specifications Inspect welds for quality and adherence to project standards Operate welding machines, grinders, torches, and other equipment safely and efficiently. Support technicians and fabricators with equipment builds and repairs Inspect parts and equipment for damage, wear, and quality standards Load and unload materials and finished equipment Maintain welding equipment, tools, and a clean, organized work area. Follow all company safety policies and industry regulations QualificationsQualifications 2+ years of Welding experience required (Pipe, Stick and Structural) Fitting experience  Ability to read blueprints  Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools Basic understanding of pressure control equipment preferred Ability to read measuring tools and follow work instructions Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team   Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry objects weighing 50-75 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in physically demanding conditions for extended periods. Comfortable working in a shop or outdoor environment (heat, noise, etc.) Ability to bend, kneel, and perform manual labor tasks
