What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain forklift equipment at customer sites and in the shop 
  • Perform routine maintenance and preventative service inspections 
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues 
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding repairs and recommendations 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through reliable service 
  • Document service work accurately and completely 
  • Maintain and manage service tools and equipment 
  • Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times 
  • Work independently while coordinating with the service team as needed

  • Complete repairs accurately and efficiently 
  • Maintain high levels of first-time fix success 
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality service that strengthens customer relationships 
  • Maintain accurate and timely service documentation

Background & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in forklift, heavy equipment, or similar field 
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability 
  • Experience with electrical and hydraulic systems 
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively 
  • Valid driver’s license
