What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain forklift equipment at customer sites and in the shopÂ
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative service inspectionsÂ
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issuesÂ
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding repairs and recommendationsÂ
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through reliable serviceÂ
- Document service work accurately and completelyÂ
- Maintain and manage service tools and equipmentÂ
- Follow safety procedures and company standards at all timesÂ
- Work independently while coordinating with the service team as neededÂ

- Maintain high levels of first-time fix successÂ

Background & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in forklift, heavy equipment, or similar fieldÂ
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilityÂ
- Experience with electrical and hydraulic systemsÂ
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectivelyÂ
- Valid driver’s license
