Description

At Freeman Boatworks, we build high-performance, premium catamaran fishing boats and take pride in the craftsmanship behind every build. We’re looking for a Lamination Technician to join our team and support the composite manufacturing process from start to finish.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and specifications
  • Trim, assemble, and finish composite components
  • Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
  • Document work per company guidelines
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and production-ready
  • Take direction from team leads and support overall production goals
  • Work collaboratively with your team to meet deadlines and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Dependable, on-time, and consistent attendance
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Standing and walking for 8+ hours per day
  • Frequent bending, lifting, and twisting
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Exposure to a non-climate-controlled environment
