Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting logistics operations.
- 10 years of experience working in domestic and international environments.
- 7 years of experience managing operations and leading cross-regional teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience using data analysis to drive decision making.
- 10 years of experience in managing vendor and outsourced providers.
- 10 years of experience in scaled and supplier operations and project management.
- 10 years of experience building relationships with stakeholders or clients.
- Knowledge of SQL, analytics and Operations Six Sigma certification (or other relevant operations coursework).

Responsibilities:
- Own the End-to-End daily logistics operations management, including material and information flow. Also manage third-party logistics (3PL)Â vendor operating warehouse and data centers in assigned locations.
- Manage and monitor metrics for key performance indicators (KPIs), vendor performance scorecards, and development of business cases to support logistics process changes and/or improvements.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive forward/reverse logistics strategy that aligns with the organization's long-term goals.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, MTTR reduction, and capacity optimization through innovative logistics solutions.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the operations team.
