About the RoleÂ
We are looking for a Laborer to join our Operations team on our project in Moncks Corner, SC. This is a full-time position. Â
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and preparing the worksite. Â
- Assisting safety team.Â
- Handling and moving jobsite materials. Â
- Assisting carpenters with any projects.Â
- Help with loading and unloading of deliveries.Â
Qualifications:
Required:Â
- Possess 1-year of construction experience.Â
- Understanding of safety and general construction knowledge. Â
- Provide primary support to our field supervision.
- Be able to use critical thinking to solve issues on the worksite. Â
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.Â
- Must be agile/mobile, remain alert, be able to stand or walk for long periods of time, use fingers, hands & arms to reach, handle and manipulate objects, climb up/down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects.Â
- Work on uneven surfaces/heights, be able to read/write, and can see & hear well either naturally or with correction. Â
- Must be able to lift and carry materials of all shapes and sizes weighing 50-100 lbs., 75% of the time. Â
Preferred:Â
- Individuals must be able to work in an OSHA compliant safety environment. Â
- Must be able to work outside.
- Must be able to work overtime and weekend hours.  Â
- Punctuality and promptness are required every day.  Â
