Success here isn’t about prior boatbuilding experience — it’s about what you bring: a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and the drive to learn. Whether you come from boats, carpentry, trades, or simply enjoy building and problem-solving, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into the craft of boatbuilding from the ground up.

Experience with lamination, infusion, composites, or other marine manufacturing processes is a plus, but not required — we will train the right people!

This is a hands-on role in a manufacturing environment. Candidates should be comfortable:

• Being on their feet for most of the day
• Climbing in and out of boats and working in tight spaces
• Using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Performing physical tasks as part of daily production work
