Marine Electrical Technician

We’re seeking an Electrical Technician to join our production team. This role is perfect for someone with strong hands-on skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in precision workmanship.

What You’ll Do

·  Install and connect wiring harnesses, battery systems, electronics, lighting, and other marine electrical components

·  Read and follow wiring diagrams, schematics, and detailed work instructions

·  Perform functional testing to ensure systems operate correctly and meet quality standards

·  Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues during assembly

·  Climb in, on, and around boats—including working in confined or tight spaces—to complete installations and repairs

·  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

·  Use proper PPE and follow all company safety policies and procedures

·  Collaborate with other production teams to meet build schedules

What We’re Looking For

·  1+ years of experience in electrical installation or repair (marine, automotive, or industrial environments preferred)

·  Familiarity with AC/DC systems, marine electronics, and battery systems (a plus)

·  Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical instructions

·  Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

·  Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting

·  Commitment to safety and meeting deadlines

·  Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment, with exposure to heat, cold, dust, and occasional outdoor conditions
