Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Clerk
Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
(Actual pay offered will be based on experience, skill level, and qualifications.)

Position Summary
Sea Fox Boats is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our operations team. This position is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials used throughout the manufacturing process while ensuring accurate inventory control and timely shipment of outgoing products. The ideal candidate has warehouse or manufacturing experience, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to supporting production efficiency through accurate material handling and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, verify, and process incoming materials, parts, and supplies according to company procedures.
  • Prepare, package, and ship outgoing materials, parts, and products while ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Stage and deliver materials to production departments to support manufacturing schedules.
  • Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems and barcode scanners.
  • Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy and material accountability.
  • Prepare bills of lading, shipping documents, packing slips, and other required shipping and receiving paperwork.
  • Coordinate freight shipments with carriers, vendors, and transportation providers.
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, quality, and damage.
  • Maintain organized warehouse storage locations and ensure materials are properly labeled and stored.
  • Communicate inventory discrepancies, material shortages, shipping issues, or receiving concerns to leadership.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with production, purchasing, and warehouse team members to support operational goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory control, or manufacturing experience is required.
  • Forklift operation experience is preferred; forklift certification is a plus.
  • Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, barcode scanners, or similar technology is preferred.
  • Ability to accurately process shipping and receiving documentation.
  • Basic computer skills including data entry, email communication, and inventory transactions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
  • Ability to identify and resolve shipping, receiving, or inventory discrepancies.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively as part of a team.
  • Dependable attendance and ability to support production schedules and shipment deadlines.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift, move, and transport materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse and manufacturing environment with exposure to equipment, moving materials, noise, and varying temperatures.
  • Ability to safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
  • Must be comfortable working around production equipment, materials, and warehouse traffic.
  • Ability to perform repetitive lifting, carrying, scanning, and material handling tasks throughout the shift.
  • Must follow required safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
