Laborer

Description

The Warehouse Laborer is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. This position performs general housekeeping duties, assists with waste and recycling management, and supports daily warehouse operations to ensure a safe and efficient workplace. 

Requirements

• Sweep and clean warehouse aisles, work areas, and common spaces.
• Collect and dispose of trash from designated areas throughout the warehouse.
• Operate a cardboard baler to compact and prepare recyclable materials for disposal.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse exterior, including entrances, loading docks, walkways, and parking areas.
• Remove debris, litter, and other hazards from outside areas.
• Assist with general warehouse housekeeping and organization.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Report safety hazards, damaged equipment, or maintenance concerns to management.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned.
