Assist campers in all aspects of personal care, including dressing, bathing, grooming, eating, and toileting. Gain specialized training and experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum. Lead and participate in activities that foster learning, independence, and fun. Work closely with fellow staff members to ensure an enriching and positive camp experience. Be part of a passionate, dedicated team making a lasting impact.   We provide Comprehensive Training (May 19 – May 29, 2026). Those unable to attend training, still encouraged to apply!    Applicant must be 18+ years of age and have a high school degree.  Be available to work overnight Sundays- Fridays during camp weeks  Salary: $350-$500 weekly (depending on experience) + housing and board.   Summer 2026 Schedule:  Staff Training: May 19 – May 29, 2026 First Half of Summer (4 weeks): May 31 – June 26, 2026 Vacation Week: June 29 – July 3, 2026 Second Half of Summer (5 weeks): July 5 – August 7, 2026 End-of-Summer Celebration: August 8, 2026 Adult Retreat: August 9– August 14, 2026   Learn more about why being a Camp Royall Counselor is an amazing opportunity: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bKepwaaFY8w  QualificationsReady to Apply?
