Working as a lead member of a team, this position assists in the attainment of all rotomold production requirements by learning and following all process steps and requirements necessary to produce parts, as well as mentor other employees on the processes and practices. This position involves operating and maintaining rotational molding equipment, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. |
- Demonstrate continued understanding of all machine operations, as well as the basic use of manufacturing tools.
- Prepare machine for production by inspecting parts to meet quality standards and follow all ISO processes and procedures.
- Assist in meeting production requirements and maintain specifications by observing operations; detecting malfunctions; inspecting parts; adjusting controls.
- Maintains safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations, and keeping areas neat and clean.
- Conserves resources and assistsin the reduction of scrap by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
- Understands and maintains by completing all documentation accurately and efficiently and following daily production reporting procedures.
- Effectively communicates with coworkers, with demonstrated ability to mentor team members with positive interaction.
