Location Area:
路 Marionville, MO
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and ensure exceptional Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
- Oversee daily financial responsibilities, including labor costs, inventory management, and cash handling procedures.
- Coach and mentor team members to foster a positive and efficient work environment.
- Encourage the professional growth and development of all staff members.
- Collaborate with the management team to set and achieve store goals.
- Assist in the hiring process to select quality staff and develop strategies for their retention.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Financial acumen related to labor costs and inventory management.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
