Direct Support Professional

Creed Medical is seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this role, you will assist clients with daily living activities, promote independence, and encourage community involvement. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will help implement personalized care plans to enhance the overall well-being of those you serve. • Assist individuals with personal care, hygiene, and daily living tasks.
• Support clients in developing life skills and achieving personal goals.
• Encourage participation in social and community activities.
• Document care and report any changes in client behavior or health.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to provide comprehensive care.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in caregiving or direct support preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
