Summary: The Family Support Services Coordinator & Camp Director is responsible for the overall management, coordination, and growth of The Arc Gloucester's Family Support Services programs, including Camp Sun 'N Fun, respite weekends, the Sunshine Inn Respite Home, family support activities, and utilization of the Sunshine Inn property. This position provides leadership to seasonal and year-round staff while ensuring high-quality services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.

The Family Support Services Coordinator & Camp Director oversees camp operations, respite programming, admissions and family communication, staff recruitment and supervision, property usage, community outreach, tours, regulatory compliance, and program development. 

Position: Full-time, Exempt. Hours vary. Must be available for emergency coverage beyond regularly scheduled hours. Locations available throughout Gloucester County. This position operates in an indoor and/or outside fieldwork setting where exposure to weather elements, dirt, and dust, unpleasant smells, and/or loud noises are possible, indoor temperature fluctuation on occasion, with travel between facilities and within the community possible. This position is supervised by Assistant Director of Family Support Services. This position supervises the following Seasonal Camp Staff, Direct Support Professionals, Respite Staff, Volunteers, and Assigned Program Personnel
