Monitor Client Well-Being
- Provide medication reminders

Documentation
- Record care notes and observations in our digital charting system each shift

- Active Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification or Willingness to obtain
- Completion of a state-approved HHA training program
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Compassionate personality and strong communication skills
