We are seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Complete Cardiovascular Center of Monroe! This position offers competitive pay, M-F schedule, PTO, closed holidays and weekends, and full benefits including 401(k) with a company match.


SUMMARY:

The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for all administrative and clerical support as necessary with complete confidentiality, including but not limited to:  

  • Managing front office duties
  • Scheduling patient appointments
  • Registering patients
  • Scanning insurance cards
  • Inputting data into EPIC
  • Taking payments
  • Daily closing and balancing
  • Must be able to multitask
  • Ability to learn quickly and eager to grow 

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School degree or equivalent required. A minimum of 2 years of training beyond high school (college or technical school) preferred. 
  • At least five years of work experience in an office/clerical setting preferred. 
  • Significant experience in a healthcare organization preferred. 
  • Must be familiar with word processing systems (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel), rules of grammar, spelling, English composition, and punctuation.   

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • None required.
