About the role
The Center Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting the daily operations of the store. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that includes shipping, printing, and general business services.
Center Associates work directly with customers, process transactions accurately, and help keep the store organized and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Process shipping, packing, and mailbox transactions
- Assist with basic print services and order intake
- Operate point-of-sale and shipping systems
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Answer phones and respond to customer questions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
- Follow store procedures, safety guidelines, and brand standards
- Work collaboratively with teammates to manage customer flow
Schedule & Work Environment
- Hourly position
- Shifts may include evenings and weekends
- Standing for extended periods and light lifting required
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliability and on-time attendance are essential
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills required
- Print or shipping experience is a plus, but not required
