About the Role:

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll travel extensively across the country to perform industrial cleaning in bulk storage vessels and confined spaces.

If you’re mechanically inclined, enjoy working with your hands, and thrive in a challenging, ever-changing environment — this role is for you. This is a 100% travel position, with trips typically lasting 3–5 weeks at a time. There’s strong earning potential, and Mole·Master covers travel expenses and provides a generous per diem.

You’ll operate specialized equipment, uphold high safety standards, and deliver outstanding service — all while gaining hands-on training and the support to grow your career.

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic, team player, and commitment to excellence
• Mechanically inclined; experience with hand/power tools preferred
• Solid communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 6 days/week in confined spaces, at heights, and in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs safely
• High school diploma or GED required

Certifications Required: (Training provided)

• Confined space entry
• Air monitoring
• Respiratory fitness
• DOT physical (CDL training available)
