Finishing Technician

What You’ll Do
- Stage cabinet parts and assemblies for finishing
- Sand and putty product prior to prime/paint coats
- Mix paints and stains to match approved color samples
- Apply wipe-on stains to create high-quality stain finish

What We’re Looking For
- Great character and team chemistry – Positivity, Ownership, Integrity, Service, Excellence
- Experience in sanding and staining
- Working understanding of custom cabinet parts/construction
- Ability to see subtle color differences
- Ability to lift up to 75 lb throughout the workday
- Reliability – show up on time every day – our crew will depend on you
