We are seeking a motivated Shipping Coordinator to oversee shipping operations, ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Tucker Door & Trim is a respected distributor and manufacturer of doors, windows, and specialty millwork serving the construction industry.

$22/hr to $28/hr (depending on experience)

What You’ll Need

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
2+ years Experience in Shipping, Dispatch, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Coordinator.
Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
Experience with Dispatch, Fleet Coordinator, Route Planner
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

What You’ll Do

Create and manage shipping documentation
Schedule shipments, process manifests, and track deliveries
Resolve shipping issues (delays, damages, shortages)
Communicate order and delivery status to internal teams and customers
Ensure orders are released, scheduled, and moving smoothly through production
